SECRETARY
Law firm seeks an Executive Secretary/Legal Secretary to join their team. This position will provide administrative support to the managing director. Executive Secretary/Legal Secretary should be polished and professional as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years’ secretarial experience and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Internet to produce documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Four year degree and prior legal experience is preferred.

EXECUTIVE LEGAL ASSISTANT/ADMIN
Executive Legal Assistant/Admin. needed for Galleria-area oil and gas firm. Executive Legal Assistant/Admin. will support the Director and C-level associates and must be polished and professional both in demeanor and skills. Ideal candidate must be able to "manage the managers" by being proactive and anticipating their needs. Exposure to governmental affairs, dispute resolution and board of director minutes and meetings needed.
Job Requirements

The End Users Support Specialist is responsible for Installations, modifications, patches, updates and minor repairs to computer (PC) hardware and software systems. In addition, provide optimum technical assistance to all firm supported hardware and software. In the absence of the Network Administrator, the End User Support Specialist will be responsible for providing network administration support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- · Primary responsiblitiy is to support end-users and to respond to Help Desk request.
- · Inspects computer equipment and reads order sheet listing user requirements to prepare end user PC for delivery.
- · Installs or conducts service maintenance of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives on user’s premises.
- · Loads specified software packages such as operating systems, software applications and service packs into computer.
- · Enters commands and observes system functions to verify correct system operation. Instructs user in use of equipment, software, and manuals.
- · Answers client’s inquiries in person and via telephone concerning systems operation. Diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems. Recommends or performs minor remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation.
- · Request hardware and software vendor quotes from sales representatives.
- · Manages approved purchase orders through to the vendor invoice approval process.
- · Maintain inventory of all software running on all Firm desktops and laptops.
- · Document all problems and resolutions into Firm’s help desk tracking system.
- · Perform office setups and moves.
- · Adhere to and enforce all documented IT standards and policies.
- · Attends technical conferences and seminars to keep abreast of new software and hardware product developments.

Job Requirements:
Degree: Bachelor Preferred (Computer Science, Information Systems or Legal)
2+ years of directly related experience managing a Windows Network
2+ years experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server 2000
Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008, Vmware and Citrix
Understanding of SQL and database administration
A solid understanding of networds, servers, desktops, printer and audio visual equipment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
